~Implement an aggressive Marketing Plan

~ negotiate the best deal for you

~ Guide you through the process of reviewing and signing the mandatory and
   Necessary disclosures

~ Communicate with you several times each week

~ Coordinate the Closing process (including escrow/title).  Empire Realty provides
   An internet transaction management service.

~ Provide Utilities Phone List and Change of Address forms prior to close of escrow

~ Provide a complete file on CD after close of escrow

~ Be present at your escrow signing appointment at the title company prior to the close of escrow

~ Offer continued service beyond the close of escrow.
